Add salt and more water if required and boil again for 5 minutes.
  2. Now splutter the mustard seeds in hot ghee or oil, add the curry leaves,one spoon of grated coconut and dry chilly in to the hot oil. When the coconut gets brown colour,add to the cooked parippu curry. The tasty dish is ready.
