- Get AP Flour
- Take Oil from frying
- Get Milk

- Whisk together and cook on med low, whisking constantly for a few minutes.
- Once the roux starts to bubble and has cooked for a little bit turn heat to high and keep whisking
- Add milk for desired amount of gravy. Start with less than you need, you can add more milk but you can't add any more flour at this point.
- Cook on medium high, whisking and adding more milk if needed until gravy is to thickness desired. Add your final dose of salt and pepper.
