  1. Saok the rice for half an hour and In a bowl boil the water and add rice and cook for 15 minutes and strain it… And cool it
  2. In a bowl add rice then add curd and milk and salt and mix well. In a pan put one tablespoon ghee and add mustard seeds jeera curry leaves green chilli ginger Chopped and fry for 1 minutes tadka that is ready and add in the curd rice
  3. Curd rice is ready.. garnish with pomegranate with help of pomegranate you can make the cookpad turn 3 logo….

Cool the rice then add curds and mix well. Pour the seasoning onto the rice and curd mixture.
