The ingredients needed to make Plain Fried rice:
- Prepare 500 g cooked rice /left over
- Get 150 grams onion leeks
- Take 5-6 cloves garlic
- Prepare 1 medium onion bulb white/red
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Get 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Prepare 1/2 tablespoon salt / a pinch salt
Instructions to make Plain Fried rice:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Wash and finely slice the green onions.
- Heat a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat and add 4 tablespoons of the oil.Sauted the garlic and onion bulb
- Add the cooked and cooled leftover rice.
- Stir-fry for a few minutes, using a wooden spoon to break it apart if they are not loosen yet. Stir in the SOY SAUCE/OYSTER SAUCE /SALT as desired.
- When the rice is heated through, add the paprika, pepper.
- Mix thoroughly. Stir in the green onions. Serve hot.
