- Heat a wok, add water to it and blanch all veggies, after 10 mins drain excess water from veggies and keep aside.

- Then constantly stir and add little by little mink and make a sauce, flame should be medium.
- Add sugar, Black pepper, and salt to taste to sauce and keep stiring sauce as we don't want any lumps in it.
- Add blanched veggies to sauce and cook for 10 mins.
- After 10 mins add cream and half cup cheese to Vegetable Au Gratin.
- Now in Microsafe bowl add Vegetable Au Gratin and garnish with some cheese.
- Bake at 180 degree for 30 mins.
- After 30 mins cool down little then serve.
