The ingredients needed to make Veg Au’gratin:
  1. Prepare 1 Carrot, chopped in cubes and blanched
  2. Take 200 gms French beans, chopped and blanched
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup Cauliflower, chopped small diced and blanched
  4. Take As required Mushroom, chopped in quarters
  5. Take 2 cups Corn kernels boiled
  6. Make ready For white sauce-
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  8. Take 2 tbsp Flour
  9. Make ready 1 glass milk
  10. Get 1 cup Grated cheese
  11. Take As required salt and pepper powder
Instructions to make Veg Au’gratin:
  1. Blanch all the vegetables along with little salt.
  2. In a pan add 2 tbsp butter when melted add the flour on a low flame, mix it gently, then start pouring milk little by little and keep stirring the sauce. Adjust the thickening and salt, pepper. Switch off the gas and add a quarter of cheese, give it a good mix.
  3. Now add all the vegetables to the prepared white sauce, stir well and pour it in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle rest of the cheese generously. Bake for 15-20 mins or till the cheese turned golden/red in colour.
