  3. place premade pastry cases on a baking tray and then carefully pour the custard mix into pastry cases to within quarter inch from the top , now sprinkle them all on the tops with the nutmeg .
  4. place prepared tarts into a preheat oven at 200°C / 400°F for the first 15 minutes then turn the heat down to 180°C / 360°F to finish cooking , about 20/25 minutes or until just set .
  5. remove from heat and let cool , best after refrigeration to cool completely . serve and enjoy . :-)
