  1. Grind curry leaves into paste can add little water (helps in hair growth, constipation)
  2. Grind tomato separately
  3. Dry roast pepper, red chilli, coriander seeds, thur dal until mild aroma comes cool it and ground to a paste (pepper fight against cold)
  4. Now heat oil in a pan add mustard when is splutter add garlic cloves and shallots roast until soft
  5. Then add curry leaves paste fry for 2 minutes then add tomato puree cook until raw smell goes
  6. Finally add dry roasted paste, turmeric and salt and 1 cup of water, cook for few minutes let it boil and mix together it gets thicken
  7. Don't over cook, pepper leads to bitter taste when overcooked
  8. Done serve with hot rice and melted ghee.
