  1. In a pan add ghee, onion garlic paste shredded ginger, meat masala and covered at for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Add to yoghurt, tomato pure, and water mix well.Add mutton cubes cook for 15min.Stir in between.
  3. Add salt/pepper and coriander powder, red chilli powder,garam masala,mix well cook for 10 minutes
  4. Or till the meat is done.Allow it to stand 5min.Now garnish with mint leaves and coriander leave.Serve hot with Chatpati/rice.
