- Soak rice for 15 minutes. Then boil it. We need a little sticky rice. After cooking let it cool down completely.
- In a big bowl add curd onion green chilli chana dal and salt. Now add rice to it.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, curry leaves,hing and whole chilli. Wait for splutter of muster seed. Add this tadka to rice and mix once again.
- You can serve rice in this condition and u can serve these after putting in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cool the rice then add curds and mix well. Pour the seasoning onto the rice and curd mixture.
