  1. BOILING THE CRAB: Heat your skillet on high heat. Add 3 cups of Sprite soda and 1 cup of water. Add the ginger slices followed by the crabs. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover with the lid and let it boil. (Don’t worry if you start to see foam in the boiling water; it’s normal.)
  2. When you see the top shell becomes orange in color, it’s time to flip. - Splash some liquid on the crabs to remove the foam residue then flip them one by one. Cover with the lid again and boil for another 5-10 minutes. Then, remove the crabs from the skillet and set aside.
