- Get 5-6 garlic cloves chopped coarsely
- Make ready 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- Prepare 1/4 th cup roasted peanut
- Get 1 tbsp coriander seed
- Take 2 kashmiri red chili (whole)
- Get 2 tbsp oil

- Take 8-10 pav (bread)

Once oil is hot reduce to medium. Dip the vadas in the batter and coat from all sides. Fry until golden brown and crisp from all sides. Slit the pav from center. Apply the green chutney on both sides of the pav and spread some dry garlic chutney inside. Place one vada in each pav.
