  18. Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp Oregano

  20. Take 500 ml Refined Sunflower Oil

  24. Get 2 tbsp Seasme Seeds
Steps to make Chilly Potatoes:
  1. In a bowl, mix the potato wedges with the Cornflour, All Purpose Flour and Oregano. Add a few ml water to make the Cornflour stick to the wedges and let it rest for 15 mins.
  2. Now shallow fry the wedges in the refined sunflower oil.
  3. Take a Non-Stick pan. Add some oil and add garlic & ginger. Sauté till golden brown.
  4. Add Schzewan Sauce, Red Chilli sauce, Green Chilli Sauce and Soya Sauce to the pan.
  5. Add Salt, Black Pepper Powder and Honey/Sugar.
  6. Mix thoroughly and bring it to a boil. Add the shallow fried Wedges.
  7. Add Diced Capsicum, Diced Spring Onio ns, Julienned Carrots, and Julienned Cabbage and give it a nice toss.
  8. Add Coriander, Spring Onion Greens & Seasme seeds and serve hot.
