- For tempering in a kadhai add two tbsp oil add cumin, mustard, split chillies, hing,a ND add grind masala
- After one boil add dal
- Add salt to taste let it get cook for few seconds as it gets boiling turn off the gas garnish with coriander your healthy dal is ready
