  1. Get 250 gm amla (gooseberry)
  2. Take 2 tsp salt
  3. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  1. Boil 1 glass water. Add amla, salt & turmeric powder in boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Switch off gas.
  3. Once cooled keep them in glass or plastic jar.
  4. Keep them for 2-3 days.
