- In the hot oil deep frying all balls until light brown.
- Heat 3tbsp oil in the big pan add finely chopped garlic,finely chopped ginger and chopped green chilli sauté them for 1/2 minuet.now add cubes capsicum,cubes onions and sauté them for couple of minutes.
- Add dark soya sos,chilli sos,tomato ketchup,1/4tsp black pepper powder,salt 1/2tsp,1 tsp sugar,1/2tsp vinegar, 1cup water in it.
- Now Dissolve 1tbsp cornflour in 1tbsp water and add into gravy.cook them for 1-2 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
- Now add all vegetables Manchurian balls into gravy and Cook them for 1 minute.gravy Manchurian is ready to serve. Serving it hot and garnish with green spring onions.
