  1. Make a paste of cashew nuts, coconut powder, fresh malai,cinnamon stick, green cardamom & poppy seeds.
  2. Wash & cut the mushrooms.
  3. In a bowl, marinate the mushroom with ginger garluc paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curd,chopped green chilli, 1tspn kasuri methi, coriander leaves, salt & beresta.Mix peas & keep rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Now heat oil, add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
  5. Add cashew paste mixture & all spices. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  6. Add marinated mushroom in it & mix it well with spices.Don't cook it.
  7. Now take a tender green coconut & put the mushroom mixture in it.Fill some water in a pressure cooker & place the green coconut inside it.Cover with lid but no whistle.Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. After 20 mins take out the coconut from cooker & serve it hot with any Indian bread.
