- Take 1&1/2tbsp butter
- Get as needed Oil to fry
Instructions to make Butter Cuttlefish:
- Add salt, turneric powder,red chilli powder,1/2 tsp black pepper powder to cuttlefish. Add egg white to it. Keep aside. Mix cornflour, flour,salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder together. Coat each cuttlefish with this mixture. Deep fry into oil and keep aside.
- Add butter to another pan. Add onion, garlic and green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes. Add fried cuttlefish into it and Saute for another 2 minutes. Add rest of the black pepper powder and black salt. Serve hot.
