  5. using a shaker or as I do( use my sifter) and sprinkle cheese all over the bread cubes.
  6. toss bread cubes in pan to get the rest of parm onto cubes.. replace in single layer..
  7. bake 15-20 minutes tossing every 5 minutes. until cubes are crispy andd browned nicely or till desired doneness..
  8. let cool and serve on soup. or store in air tight container.
