  5. Add the potato stir, cook for 5 mins then add the bell pepper simmee for 15 mins in medium heat
  6. Pour in the lemon juice,ground black pepper, salt depend on you taste.and chili powder for little spice. Stir then simmer for 10 mins
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Add coconut milk,water, and salt, and bring to a simmer. I had no coconut milk and added freshly grated coconut and some cream. Not ideal but it was still fragrant and rich.
