Instructions to make Banana in Coconut Milk:
  1. Cut 1 banana into 4 pcs. by cutting half in length way and then in width way as picture.
  2. Pour coconut in pot, put in pandanus leaf and add banana.
  3. Put sugar and salt. Turn on medium heat and bring to boil.
  4. Stir little, reduce to low heat and boil until banana is cooked. Noticed by banana texture would be soft and little transparent.
  5. Tip : served hot in dessert cup about 6-8 pcs. Taste is sweet, little salty, flavor of coconut milk and scent of pandanus leaf. If you like little hard banana and sticky texture, I would recommend to use light green & yellow banana. Ripe yellow ones are soft and sweet if you like. You also can adjust sugar as you like.
