Instructions to make Vanilla Ice Cream:
- First Boil 500ml Milk and then heat on low flame for 5 mins.

- Now add 4 tbsp of sugar and mix and heat on low flame for 1 mon
- Let it cool and add Half Cup Milk Cream and add 3 tbsp caster sugar and mix.
- Pour in an airtight container and cover with an aluminium foil.
- Now freeze for 4 hours
- Now take all the ice cream out in a mixer and blend to make a thick batter-type consistency.
- Now add the batter to the airtight container covered with aluminium foil and freeze overnight.
- Next day serve the ice cream and enjoy.
Pour into an electric ice cream churn. Add whole milk to fill line. Add a layer of rock salt. Repeat layering with ice and salt until full. Note: be careful not to overfill, spilling salt into.
